Job Summary

As an SAP SuccessFactors consultant, you will design, implement, deploy & support SuccessFactors solutions that meet Human Resource and Talent-related business process requirements. In addition, you should have a strong background in Integration with relevant work experience.

Job Goals & Objectives

  • Working closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand their business needs and contribute to
  • the design and implementation of SF solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Success Factor, SAP HCM, and Success Factor-Success Factor integration
  • techniques
  • Stay up to date on the latest developments, trends, and technologies in your field.
  • Helping the interface workstream figure out business scenarios and how to integrate the solution with
  • other apps;
  • Assisting with configuration, testing, training, and change management.

Key Functional Responsibilities to SuccessFactors Consultant

  • Strong function and technical skills in all areas of the SuccessFactors modules in a consulting environment across a variety of different industries.

    ▪ Involved in the complete process, including data gathering and analysis on user requirements, project design, effective project implementation in SF modules, post-implementation support, and roll-out.

    ▪ Proficient knowledge of Success Factors project management methodology and deliverables

    ▪ Expertise with Employee Central Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, Event Reasons Derivations,

    Business Rules and Notifications, Custom MDFs, and XML.

    ▪ Understands Recruit to Retire processes, Talent management ,Payroll Overview & benefits


    ▪ Experience in setting up Payroll control center.

    ▪ Supported SAP Payroll to improve payroll compliance. Worked on multiple payroll functions, including

    payroll processing, deductions, cumulations, processing classes, wage types, garnishment, off-cycle

    payroll, FI Posting, and third-party remittance.

    ▪ Provided comprehensive support for Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including the

    configuration of Foundation Objects, Role Base Permissions, Workflows, Position Management, Global

    Assignment configuration, Time-Off, the definition of business rules, and the preparation of test data.

    ▪ Collaborate closely with the CPI team, you will be involved in carrying out SuccessFactors-S/4 Hana

    integration, and value mapping artifacts.

    ▪ SuccessFactors integration-related S/4 Hana system configuration.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with the ABAP team to meet functional requirements.

    ▪ Define business requirements and perform a fit-gap analysis between client requirements and standard

    Success Factors Solution

    ▪ System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/ Business

    Blueprint (S/4) with strong XML Knowledge

    ▪ Expertise in integrating the solution with Success Factors / SAP or 3rd party HRIS & solutions

    ▪ Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts

    ▪ Able to train the user communities (End users /Super Users)

    ▪ Sound understanding on integration points found within Success Factors, Integration support skills

    between SF and S/4

    ▪ In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factor, SAP HCM, Success Factor -Success Factor integration


    ▪ Able to address both process and technical issues being faced by the customer

    ▪ Experience with EC Timesheets & Time Off.

    ▪ Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, such as PMGM, RCM, &


    ▪ Working knowledge of SAC Planning along with LMS

    ▪ Integration experience within the SF landscape along with ECP and S/4 Hana.

❖ Key Performance Indicators – SuccessFactors Consultant Includes but is not limited to:
▪ Response Time V/s Change Failure Rate
▪ No of support tickets V/s Average handle time
▪ Development Velocity V/s Development Frequency
▪ SAP Implementation following the Predetermined Deadlines
▪ The percentage of review meetings that were scheduled versus those that were held for each phase
Work Environment and Conditions ▪ Working conditions will be adequate for an office environment or otherwise.
▪ The Company’s Jeddah headquarters shall be the working base of the Executive Director. ▪ Official timings shall follow KSA Ministry of Labor laws.

Qualification Requirements Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s in information technology/ Computer science, or any related field, from a reputed University.

Overall 12+ years of experience in the area of SAP HCM/S/4 Hana process
At least 6 years of working experience or 2-3 full E2E implementation experience in SF, in a similar position.

Certified in Employee Central, ECP, and other modules in SF, such as PMGM, RCM, LMS, etc. Must have sound experience in EC, Time, and ECP, with working knowledge in talent modules.

Language Skills

Ability to read, speak and write Arabic and English.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations and interpret common legal documents.

Personal Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Passion, humility, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed. Ability to learn and get trained on new techniques and principles
