Job Purpose:
The Restaurant Manager Trainer plays a critical role in developing and equipping the restaurant managers with the knowledge, skills, and operational excellence required to lead successful restaurants across KSA. This role supports business goals by delivering consistent training, coaching, and development in alignment with the restaurant’s global standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct and facilitate structured training programs for new and existing restaurant managers.
– Deliver theoretical and practical training aligned with the restaurant’s Operations and Leadership Development Programs.
– Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, restaurant visits, and feedback mechanisms.
– Coach restaurant managers on leadership, customer service, food safety, inventory, labor scheduling, and shift management.
– Identify skills gaps and implement corrective coaching strategies.
– Ensure compliance with the restaurant’s training procedures and KSA labor and food safety regulations.
– Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Area Managers to align training objectives with business needs.
– Keep training materials updated according to the restaurant’s global updates and regional cultural practices.
